Check list

Do you ever feel like all the things you think- the things that are really "you" just get stuck in your head.
Blocked by basic etiquette.
Stopped by the policy that the patron is always right.
Foibled by fear of being sued for calling it like it really is  or fear your child may repeat what you have said in the wrong company.
Or maybe,
just feel like your day could be reduced to a checklist - most items with multiple checks per day:
Say yes
Say no
Talk about decisions and consequences
Ask someone in a govt agency for money
Apply bandages
Email
Phone
Wipe counter
Sell your worth
Dishes
Food
Help
Be invisible
Read
Yell
Smile while you think f#*% you
Say thank you
Get a surprise around-the-knee-nose-in-a-hip-bone hug
Clean bodies
Laundry
Get the coffee ready for tomorrow
Tomorrow it begins again
Tomorrow it begins again with the hopes the number of checks by hugs wins exceeds all others
